Between approximately 08:00 AM UTC on October 9, 2025, and 11:02 AM UTC on October 10, 2025, the Workato platform experienced a performance degradation. Customers may have observed SFTP actions failing with the error message "no implicit conversion of nil into string" and may need to repeat any failed jobs.
