On February 10th, 2026, between approximately 06:00 PM and 10:00 PM UTC, the Workato platform experienced a degradation in the job history dashboard. Customers may have encountered an empty job history table when navigating the Jobs tab. The issue has now been resolved, and customers can now successfully access the recipe job histories. Please contact Workato Support (https://support.workato.com) or your assigned CSM if you have any questions or require assistance regarding this incident.
