On November 12, 2025, between approximately 04:50-04:55 AM UTC and 02:00–04:20 PM UTC, the Workato platform experienced a degradation in connectivity service. Customers may have experienced action failures with "Timed out connecting to server" error across various connectors. Jobs affected by this issue can be repeated. Please contact Workato Support (https://support.workato.com) or your assigned CSM if you have any questions or require assistance regarding this event.
